LTFRB abolishes free and discounted PUV rides

Due to the low funding allocation for this year’s Service Contracting Program (SCP), there will be no more free or discounted rides for commuters, as announced by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) yesterday, November 30.
