In contrast to last year’s Letramurals where major events are not included, basketball, mixed volleyball and cheerdance have returned for this year’s Letramurals 2023 with the theme Unite and Conquer.

CEIT arose triumphantly as the overall champions, as they accumulated 352 points, exceeding their streak as the four-peat champions in the yearly sporting event.

They were followed by CBAA 1 and CBAA 2 which tallied 340 points apiece to give a tie for the first runner up spot.

CLAS - ICOMM also concluded their run with 235 points while COED received 172 points.

Cheerdance

CEIT has been named as the winner of the Letramurals cheerdance competition with their superhero themed routine while CBAA 2 took first place and CBAA 1 bagged second place.

Basketball

This year’s mythical five awards are given to Aldrin Cruz, Louis Marientes, Roi Jupiter Valle, Dave Buendia, and Jerod Orcullo.

CBAA 1’s Marientes was also named as the Most Valuable Player this year.

The games started off with the Championship of Basketball with the CBAA 1 competing against CBAA 2.

As a result of their nearly falling standings since the first day of the Letramurals, CBAA 1 had a tough start to their campaign.

But the team held on till they reached the final game against CBAA 2, and they didn't fail to exhibit tenacity and grit in the game.

Both teams fought with uncompromising effort, not allowing each other to gain a one- point lead in the first half.

Afterall CBAA 1 successfully sealed the championship title against CBAA 2 in a 76-69 thrilling period.

Volleyball

Paula Hundangan, Princess Lumintao, Ranzheskha Dobouzet, Hailey Bueno, Raven Patonog, and Nia Alexis De Borja are given recognition as the Mythical six in Mixed Volleyball.

Allyssah Ansay was named the Letramurals' Most Valuable Player for Mixed Volleyball this year.

CBAA 2 defeated CBAA 1 in a five-set thriller game for the championship.

The Violet team won the game and became the defending Mixed volleyball champion for the school year.

Hopefully, they won against the CBAA 1 25-14, 18-25, 25-13, 21-25, 15-11, igniting the fire by extending their dominating lead after the fourth set of the game.

The teams managed to keep up with the tempo of the game, but the CBAA 2's chances of victory remained.
