Colegio de San Juan de Letran bagged another win after defeating Arellano University, 83 -77, earlier today at the FilOil EcoOil 16th Preseason Cup in San Juan.

Nicko Fajardo was a revelation for the Knights with 28 points and two rebounds off the bench, while Kobe Monje scored 23 markers and eight boards.

Letran broke the game early and led by the end of the first, 23-15, and rejected every effort by the Chiefs to close in on the Knights.

Arellano got to as close as four, 81-77, at the end game, but ultimately failed to steal the dub from the Muralla-based squad.

Despite 29 giveaways, Letran's 51-26 advantage on the boards made magic for the Knights as they get their third win in four games.

Jude Bagay led Arellano with 16 points and five rebounds as they fall to 0-2.
