Hues of blue, pink and violet vibrantly welcomed students of the Colegio in another successful color fun run organized by the College of Business Administration and Accountancy (CBAA). Runhueknighted is definitely one of the most anticipated events in the Quadricentennial celebration. Runners from different departments including faculty,  alumni and guests participated in the run.

The fun run consisted of two courses: 5 kilometer run and a 10kilometerm run. Runners were given a race kit which included a bib tag, LED bracelet, color packets and a drawstring bag. Participants were then first warmed up by Zumba Arriba. Gun start for 10 kilometer run was at 7pm followed by the 5 kilometer runners by  7:30 pm. Runners were practically showered with splashing colors in the course of the marathon, “Super saya! May ilan na umiiwas malagyan ng powder pero lahat naman sila nakikita ko na masaya kaya as an organizer I feel fulfilled. Sobrang worth it lahat ng pagod," according to Darrel Garcia, one of the organizers and powder gunners during the run.

The run was definitely fun but organizers also made sure that medical teams were on stand-by to aid runners in case of emergency.  Pocari Sweat also had several stations throughout the course to keep the runners hydrated. Pocari Sweat alongside Gardenia, Pony, Smart, Quaker Oats and Benby International Inc. were major sponsors of the run. Runners who reached the finish line gets home a finishers medal, however the fun didn’t stop for an after party awaits them at the Letran grounds.

Khizmeth Sta. Ana, president of Letran Tourism Society, said that as organizers they were glad that the number of participants doubled this year. Runhuekgihted 2017 has definitely united everyone for part of the proceeds of the event will also go the partner communities of the Colegio.
