Colegio de San Juan de Letran asserted its dominance with a clean 2-0 sweep over Arellano University in the NCAA Season 100 Esports Kickoff Mobile Legends clash held on June 29.

The Cyberknights showcased total dominance in game 1, taking full control of objectives and map pressure. ACERA, using Gatotkaca, proved instrumental by consistently providing vision and creating opportunities to shut down Arellano's jungler. Down in the bot lane, the Chief’s Rato on Chou and Galvez on Irithel couldn’t break through MERCADO’s Wanwan, who steadily snowballed into a major threat.

By the 8:45 mark, Letran had destroyed all of Arellano’s towers and opted to secure the Lord instead of forcing the base. With the Lord marching in, the Knights swept through a clean team fight, taking down four Chiefs and sealing a 15-2 victory in just 9 minutes and 55 seconds.

Letran’s gold laner MERCADO led the charge for the team, going deathless on Wanwan with a 7-0-5 KDA to claim the MVP title.

Game 2 proved to be a near-perfect replica of the Letran’s game 1 dominance, as they once again delivered a swift and overwhelming performance. From the outset, the players  showcased superior teamwork, consistently ganging up for multiple early kills.

CORPUZ’s Pharsa maximized his Feathered Air Strike, while LOYOLA’s Hayabusa made full use of his Shadow Kill, breaking through Arellano’s defenses with ease. The Knights maintained relentless lane pressure and systematically secured key objectives across the map. By the nine-minute mark, they had built a massive 14,000 gold lead and a dominant 20-1 kill score. Backed by the Lord, Letran closed out the game with a commanding 22-2 win in 10 minutes, completing a clean 2-0 sweep over the Chiefs.

ACERA was named MVP, showcasing his masterful roaming on Kalea with an impressive 3-0-16 KDA.

The Knights demonstrated their roster depth by fielding IMBANG in the EXP lane in place of SAN DIEGO, who played during their previous game against LPU. The change highlighted the team's flexibility and strong internal chemistry, as their performance and gameplay remained consistent.

In a post-match interview, Cyberknights analyst and coach Kenshi explained that the switch was a strategic decision heading into the series.
With this sweep, Letran secured three points, bringing their total to five in the group stage standings. They now look to carry this momentum into their upcoming match against San Sebastian College-Recoletos on July 12.
