The scorching sun was no match for the blazing spirit of the Letranites as Day 2 of the Letramurals 2025 delivered intense action and dominant victories across the Colegio grounds. With passion and pride fueling every play, players from different departments battled it out in basketball and volleyball.

Basketball

The morning kicked off with an early battle against the top seed CBAA 2 and the CEIT, who is currently at the last seed. The game ended with a score of 88-69 in favor of CBAA 2. The victors improved their record to an unblemished 3-0 while the CEIT continued to struggle in finding their rhythm falling to 0-3.

The following game between CBAA 1 and CLAS concluded with the same script as the first match. After battling it out until the final buzzer, CBAA grabbed the dominant win, 87-59. With this win, CBAA 1 secured the second seed while CLAS was placed third.

Volleyball

CLAS added another win to their department as they defeated COED in a sweep, 25-19, 25-20. CLAS continued their reign, sitting at the top while COED was handed their first defeat in the volleyball tournament standing at fourth.

The second game for volleyball was a battle between fellow CBAA 1 and CBAA 2 students. CBAA 1 took the win in two straight sets ending with a score of 25-12, 25-19. This was the first win for CBAA 1, while CBAA 2 remained winless.
