As we inch closer to the end of Letramurals 2023: Unite and Conquer, the strongest ones remain in pursuit of the most coveted championship.

Basketball

CBAA 2 secured a ticket to the championship match with a dominating 65-50 triumph against CEIT while CBAA 1 gave hapless CLAS a beating in their final game in an 88-67 victory to advance to the final round.

The league ended with CBAA 1 and CBAA 2 both having a 3-1 card while CEIT settled for a balanced 2-2 slate and CLAS ended their campaign winless with 0-4.

CBAA 1 and CBAA 2’s matchup will take place tomorrow, at the HS Grounds at 7:30 pm.

Volleyball

CBAA flexed their strength in Mixed Volleyball as they did not let CEIT take a set from them, 25-16, 25-23 to book their seat in the finals matchup.

Earlier, a default win was awarded to CEIT as COED players were not complete and well enough to play.

The finals matchup between CBAA 1 and CBAA 2 will be played tomorrow, 7:30 am at the St. Thomas Grounds.

Chess

At the same time, players Hanz Narag and Prince Almazan lead the way for the CLAS department as they win as Champions in Chess while CBAA 1 was ranked as first runner up with players Justice Malabanan and John Bert Oliveros and second runner up CBAA 2 Reynier Reyes and Carl Justin Vizcarra.

Scrabble

The CBAA 1 players Andrea Juarez, Virgilio Sadili lll and Blanca Nicole Estrella won as Champions while the CLAS department players Jetaime Kaira Cerbito, Carlo Gula and Nickolet Mae Duran never lost hope as they ranked as first runner-up. Together with CEIT Joshua Emerson Hilario, Justine Lenart Humar, Althea Nalcot and Gabriel Paolo Bayani as second runner up for the Scrabble.

ESports

The pinnacle of the E-Games showdown this Letramurals 2023 led to a surprise in claiming the victory once and for all.

The Mobile Legends finals had the defending champions of ML from last year's Letramurals, CBAA1, and CEIT trying to steal the throne. This showdown came to a close as CBAA 1 still reigned supreme in Mobile Legends with a dominating 2-0 sweep against CEIT with the scores 19-3 and 16-13.

Valorant on the other hand had CEIT and CLAS clashing it out for the finals. As CEIT are the defending champions, they showed great and almost perfect gameplay against CLAS as the CEIT made a comeback in Valorant with a whopping 2-0 sweep as well. The final scores were 13-4 and 13-2.

Word Boggle

In a long-standing battle in the Word Boggle, COED proved their prowess in the field with their collective effort enough to lift them past their opponents to get the championship.

They were trailed behind by CEIT and CBAA 2 as the respective first and second runners-up.
