Colegio de San Juan de Letran failed to get one over De La Salle-College of St. Benilde and loses 78-66, in their Wednesday afternoon matchup at the FilOil EcoOil 16 Preseason Cup in San Juan City.

Coming into the half with a 38-31 lead, the Knights failed to hold on to their lead and allowed the Blazers to overtake them as they committed turnover after turnover en route to them losing in the NCAA Finals rematch.

Letran fired blanks in the fourth frame and only scored nine points, and their 24 turnovers also didn't help as CSB turned it into 34 points.

Kobe Monje led the Knights with 16 points, seven rebounds, and three assists as Letran fell to 1-1.

Nicko Fajardo made a name for himself with 13 markers, six boards, and three dimes, while Kevin Santos and Deo Cuajao scored nine each.

Migs Oczon top-scored for the Blazers with 15 points, five rebounds and three assists, while Felipe Marasigan scored 14 points and a pair of dimes and boards as Benilde moved up to 3-1.
