The Colegio de San Juan de Letran's Lady Knights kneel as the De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde Lady Blazers attain the win, 12-25, 17-25, 19-25, earlier today at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum in Manila.

The Lady Blazers' Cloanne Mondonedo scored easily at the start of the set, credited to a service ace she delivered.\

Despite having a hard time, the Lady Knights gained a point after an outside ball committed by the Lady Blazers' blockers.

Lady Blazers' Michelle Gamit took the opportunity to recoup from her error and gained a cool play as she spiked the ball at a vulnerable spot for the Lady Knights.

The first set was ended by the Lady Blazer's Jade Gentapa with a spike that slipped through Lady Knight's blockers, 12-25.

In the second set, the Lady Knights started on a different note and gained the first point on an outside ball lapsed by the opponent. \

The Lady Knights had a hard time focusing on their spikes and scores to continue the set, this made the Lady Blazers dominate with their blocking. Their positioning also played a role in the lapses gotten by Letran.

Another set was ended by Lady Blazers’ Ma. Camill Avila with a hit to an open area of the Lady Knights,17-25.

As the third set continued, the Lady Knights regained their game after tying scores with the Lady Blazers.

The Letran Lady Knights showed off their skills despite the chances, with a ration of service aces provided by Daisy Melendres.

Dismally, the set was still won by the Lady Blazers over the Lady Knights, who ended it 19-25.
